When you create graffiti using our generator, you retain full rights to your creations. We do not claim ownership over any content you generate using our tools.

You agree not to generate content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is used for spam or unsolicited communications
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Graffiti Empire and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Font Usage
Fonts displayed in this service are provided by Google Fonts and are subject to their respective open-source licenses. You may use generated images containing these fonts for both personal and commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Graffiti Empire does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Graffiti Empire be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
